Lake Macquarie & its Beaches

Enjoy the Lake. Hire a dinghy, kayak, canoe or peddle cat. Take a 3-hour lake cruise, cast your hook, line & sinker off the end of a jetty. Enjoy a buzz with Jetbuzz jet boat thrill rides around the lake. Hop on the bike (you can borrow ours or hire one) and cycle along the lake side or simply put on your joggers and enjoy the walk around the lake. Warners Bay is a thriving village with restaurants, galleries and a foreshore cycle way.

Explore the sea caves at low tide at Caves Beach. Paddle with the kids in the rock pool at Blacksmiths. Walk the long expanse of Nine Mile Beach, which has a patrolled beach at either end - Redhead & Blacksmiths.

Newcastle & its Beaches

Visit Blackbutt Reserve

Only 4 minutes drive from us you can experience the best of nature at Blackbutt Reserve. Modern spacious facilities allow close viewing of wildlife such as koalas, kangaroos, emus, wallabies, wombats and a wide variety of Australian bird species.The Reserve covers 182 hectares of ridge spurs and sheltered gullies. It provides protection and a habitat for a colony of fruit bats, whose habitat can be reached via a beautiful rainforest walk. The Hunter Wetlands
